We encourage all visitors to interact with our friendly cows and mini donkeys, but we kindly ask that you handle them with care and follow the instructions provided by our staff. Our priority is to ensure the safety and well-being of both our guests and animals.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, we offer a flexible refund policy. While we do not issue full refunds, we can provide a credit for future bookings or apply the deposit to a rescheduled event.
